鸭嘴式打穴器强度有限元分析

摘要 为解决传统农业在农作物移栽时出现效率低、劳动强度大、经济效益低等问题,设计研制了一种用于连杆移栽机构的机械式打穴器。为验该装置的实用性与可靠性,运用Creo建立三维模型;使用HyperMesh划分网格,利用有限元仿真软件Abaqus联合仿真。结果表明,打穴器关键部位最大应力值、应变值远小于材料屈服强度,满足强度设计要求,为同类型打穴器结构的进一步设计与优化提供参考。 In order to solve the problems of low efficiency,high labor intensity and low economic benefit in traditional agriculture,a mechanical hole punch for connecting rod transplanting mechanism was designed and developed.In order to test the rationality and practicability of the device,Creo was used to establish a THREE-DIMENSIONAL model.HyperMesh is used to divide the mesh an1d finite element simulation software Abaqus is used to co-simulate the result.The results show that the maximum stress and strain values of the key parts of the hole punch are far less than the yield strength of the material,which meets the strength design requirements and provides reference for the further design and optimization of the same type of hole punch structure.
