运用多模式教学方法于临床麻醉学教学中的实际效果分析

摘要 目的探讨运用多种教学模式对提高临床麻醉学教学效果的作用。方法选择该院麻醉科2018年1月—2021年1月所有临床轮转实习的36名麻醉实习生作为研究对象,将其均分为传统组(n=18)和研究组(n=18),分别接受传统麻醉学教学和多模式教学。经过一段时间的学习后检测各组学生对麻醉操作的掌握程度进行考核,了解各组学生的实际学习情况。结果传统组学生进行气管插管操作成功率明显低于研究组学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);传统组学生进行麻醉模拟病例的操作得分显著低于研究组学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组学生平均理论成绩要显著优于传统组学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多模式教学有利于提高麻醉学实习生理论测试成绩、麻醉模拟病例通过率、气管插管操作成功率,教学效果较传统教学而言更加明显,因此值得保留运用。 Objective To explore the effect of using various teaching modes to improve the teaching effect of clinical anesthesiology.Methods 36 anesthesia interns from all clinical rotation practice in the department of anesthesiology of the hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were equally divided into traditional group(n=18)and study group(n=18).Respectively accept traditional anesthesiology teaching and multimodal teaching.After a period of study,the students in each group were tested for their mastery of anesthesia operation,and the actual learning situation of the students in each group was known.Results The success rate of tracheal intubation in the traditional group was significantly lower than that in the study group,the difference was statistcally significant(P<0.05).The operation scores of students in the traditional group of anesthesia simulation cases was significantly lower than that of the students in the study group,the difference was statistcally significant(P<0.05).The average theoretical scores of the students in the study group were significantly better than those in the traditional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-mode teaching is beneficial to improve the theoretical test scores of anesthesiology interns,the passing rate of anesthesia simulation cases,and the success rate of endotracheal intubation.The teaching effect is more obvious than traditional teaching.So it's worth keeping and application.
