摘要
随着信息技术的迅猛发展,越来越多的医院选择通过搭建人力资源信息管理系统实现人力资源管理的科学化及精细化管理,从而提升人力资源管理工作的效率以及准确性,并在一定程度上减少对于数据统计的工作量。该文将对人事信息系统建设的原则及构建目标作为切入点,结合某大型三甲公立医院A在采用新人事信息管理系统上线后的使用现状进行分析及梳理,探讨在人力资源管理过程中面临的问题,并结合当前人力资源管理工作的需要,对医院人事信息管理系统提出后续改进建议。
With the rapid development of information technology,more and more hospitals choose to build human resource information management systems to achieve scientific and refined human resource management.Thereby improving the efficiency and accuracy of human resource management,and reducing the workload of data statistics to a certain extent.This article will take the principles and goals of the construction of the personnel information system as an entry point,and analyze and sort out the current status of use of a large-scale top three public hospital A after the adoption of the new personnel information management system.Discuss the problems faced in the process of human resource management,and combine the needs of current human resource management work,and put forward follow-up suggestions for improvement of the hospital personnel information management system.
