摘要
通过采用DEA-Malmquist模型,比较分析医院各博士后流动分站不同年度的人力资源效率水平,发现影响博士后人力资源效率的主要因素为博士后人力资本水平。笔者结合医院实践,从影响人力资本价值的3个主要因素即观念因素、制度因素和资金因素入手,探索提升博士后人力资源效率的管理创新模型。
By using the DEA-Malmquist model to compare and analyze the human resource efficiency levels of the hospital’s postdoctoral mobile substations in different years,it is found that the main factor affecting the postdoctoral human resource efficiency is the level of postdoctoral human capital.Combining hospital practice,the author starts with the three main factors that affect the value of human capital,namely,conceptual factors,institutional factors and financial factors,and explores the management innovation model to improve the efficiency of postdoctoral human resources.
