摘要
为探究不同精料复配添加对紫花苜蓿青贮发酵品质、营养品质和有氧稳定性的影响,利用Design-Expert 8.0.6软件设计豆粕、玉米粉、麦麸和玉米干全酒糟(DDGS)等4种精料添加配方,共15个组合,每组合再以1∶4的质量比与新鲜紫花苜蓿进行混合青贮。青贮45d后开包检测结果表明,单独添加玉米粉显著降低了紫花苜蓿青贮pH值(P<0.05),但有氧稳定性较差;单独添加DDGS处理组的氨态氮/总氮(NH_(3)-N/TN)最高,青贮后干物质含量最低,损失较大;单独添加豆粕处理组的蛋白质含量最高;单独添加麦麸处理组的相对饲料价值(RFV)值最低。以pH≤4.40,NH_(3)-N/TN≤10%,蛋白质≥20%并且粗纤维<18%为条件筛选得到的发酵品质较好、营养品质较好的蛋白型青贮组合是T6(2.5%豆粕+2.5%玉米粉+12.5%麦麸+2.5%DDGS+80%紫花苜蓿)和T8(10%豆粕+10%DDGS+80%紫花苜蓿)。
In order to explore the effects of different concentrate compound addition on fermentation quality,nutritional quality and aerobic stability of alfalfa silage,the formulas from 4 concentrates[such as soybean meal,corn flour,wheat bran and distillers dried grains with solubles(DDGS)]were designed by using design expert 8.0.6 software,with a total 15 combinations.Each combination was mixed with fresh alfalfa in a mass ratio of 1∶4 for silage.The results of unpacking test after 45 days of silage showed that the addition of corn flour alone significantly reduced the pH of alfalfa silage(P<0.05),but its aerobic stability was poor;the NH_(3)-N/TN of DDGS test group was the highest,the dry matter(DM)was the lowest,and the loss of DM was greater;the protein(CP)content of soybean meal test group were the highest;the relative feed value(RFV)of wheat bran alone test group was the lowest.Based on the conditions of pH≤4.40,NH_(3)-N/TN≤10%,CP≥20%and crude fiber(CF)<18%,the protein combinations with better fermentation quality and nutritional quality were T6(2.5%soybean meal+2.5%corn flour+12.5%wheat bran+2.5%DDGS+80%alfalfa)and T8(10%soybean meal+10%DDGS+80%alfalfa),respectively.
