摘要
目的观察案例教学法运用于神经外科教学实践当中的临床效果。方法选取2018级神经外科1班35名学生为对照组,选取2019级神经外科1班35名学生为试验组。予以对照组常规教学指导,试验组实施案例教学,对比学生成绩及对带教的满意度。结果试验组学生学习成绩显著好于对照组(P <0.05),其中,试验组理论成绩和实践技能分别为(91.36±1.25)分和(93.12±5.85)分。对照组理论成绩和实践技能分别为(72.85±3.58)分和(76.21±1.12)分,且试验组学生对实习带教满意度评价明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),其中,试验组总满意度为97.14%,对照组总满意度为80.00%。结论研究证实,神经外科教学指导过程中,予以案例教学法指导效果显著,可满足临床教学实施需求,所以可推广到临床。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of case teaching method in neurosurgery teaching practice.Methods 35 students from Neurosurgery Class 1 of Grade 2018 were selected as the control group,and 35 students from Neurosurgery Class 1 of Grade 2019 were selected as the experimental group.Routine teaching guidance was given to the control group,while case teaching was carried out in the experimental group to compare students’ performance and their satisfaction with teaching.Results The academic performance of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The theoretical performance and practical skills of the experimental group were(91.36±1.25) points and(93.12±5.85) points respectively,and the theoretical performance and practical skills of the control group were(72.85±3.58) points and(76.21±1.12) points,and the evaluation of students’ satisfaction with practical teaching in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the experimental group was 97.14% and that of the control group was 80.00%.Conclusion The study proves that the case teaching method has a significant effect in the teaching and guidance of neurosurgery,and can meet the needs of clinical teaching implementation,so it can be promoted to clinical practice.
