摘要
实验诊断学是诊断学的重要组成部分。由于学生尚未真正踏上临床,授课时面临理论与实践脱节的问题。"四位一体"的《实验诊断学》教学模式包含"检验项目临床意义学习+病例分析+疾病临床诊断路径思路学习+疾病模拟训练"四大模块,可以按照临床诊断思路将诊断过程中所涉及的实验诊断学检验指标整合起来,从而在理论课上对各个检验项目的学习与疾病的实验室诊断进行有机结合,使学生有逻辑性地掌握所学知识,并在课堂中活学活用,提高临床专业医学生的综合素质。
Laboratory diagnosis is an important part of diagnostics.As students have not really set foot on the clinical teaching,they are faced with the problem of disconnection between theory and practice.The "four-inone" teaching mode of Laboratory Diagnostics includes four modules:"learning the clinical significance of test items + case analysis + learning the thinking of disease clinical diagnosis path + disease simulation training",which can integrate the experimental diagnostic test indexes involved in the diagnosis process according to the thinking of clinical diagnosis.In theory class,the study of each test item is organically combined with the laboratory diagnosis of diseases,so that students can logically grasp the knowledge they have learned,and apply it in class,and improve the comprehensive quality of clinical medical students.
