硅溶胶对磷酸盐无机防腐涂层性能的影响 被引量:1

Effect of silica sol on properties of phosphate-based inorganic anticorrosive coating

摘要 以改善磷酸盐防腐涂料的常温固化性能为目的,采用磷酸二氢铝溶液作为粘结剂,氧化镁、氢氧化铝和二氧化硅作为填料,通过添加不同掺量的硅溶胶,使磷酸盐涂料在常温下固化成膜。对常温固化磷酸盐涂层进行了附着力测试和微观结构表征,并通过电化学测试研究了涂层在3.5%NaCl溶液中的腐蚀行为。结果表明,硅溶胶的加入使得涂层附着力增大,腐蚀电位正移,腐蚀电流密度降低,有效提高了涂层的耐蚀性能。其中,5.6%硅溶胶改性的磷酸盐涂层的腐蚀电流密度最低,腐蚀电位最正,极化电阻最大。经过720 h中性盐雾试验后,涂覆该涂层的Q235钢板基底表面依旧光亮且无腐蚀产物。 A phosphate paint was prepared based on a solution of aluminum dihydrogen phosphate with magnesium oxide,aluminum hydroxide,and silica as fillers by being added with different amounts of silica sol to improve its curability at room temperature.The adhesion test and microstructure characterization of the phosphate coatings cured at room temperature were carried out,and their corrosion behaviors in 3.5%NaCl solution were studied electrochemically.The results showed that the addition of silica sol promoted the adhesion of coating to substrate,made the corrosion potential shift positively,and reduced the corrosion current density,improving the corrosion resistance of the coating effectively.The phosphate coating modified with 5.6%of silica sol had the lowest corrosion current density,the highest corrosion potential,and the largest polarization resistance.The surface of Q235 steel substrate where the coating was removed after neutral salt spray test for 720 hours was still bright and free of corrosion products.
