摘要
幼师是学前教育事业的中坚力量。加强和改革幼师队伍建设不仅有利于学前教育高质量发展、促进幼儿个性成长,而且有利于我国教育实现现代化。新阶段,学前教育体系下的幼师队伍建设还存在职业认同感比较低、师资结构不够合理、专业素养参差不齐、工资待遇有待提高等问题。对此,相关的政府教育管理部门应在营造全社会尊重幼师的氛围、落实幼师选聘标准、提升幼师的专业素养、提高幼师待遇等方面加大改革力度,不断开创我国学前教育事业新局面。
Kindergarten teachers are the backbone of preschool education. Strengthening and reforming the construction of kindergarten teachers is not only conducive to the high-quality development of preschool education and promoting the growth of children’s personality, but also conducive to the modernization of our country’s education. In the new stage, the construction of the preschool teacher team under the preschool education system still has problems such as relatively low professional identity, unreasonable teacher structure, uneven professionalism, and wages that need to be improved.
