摘要
医防融合是当前我国公共卫生体系建设的重要内容之一,其在突发公共卫生事件中的基本诉求是实现医疗机构、疾控中心、卫健委等机构对于突发公共卫生事件的联防联控。在传染疾病突发时,医防融合要达到预备有力、反应敏锐、缩减损失等效果。在医防融合的关键连接点中,最为重要的是公共卫生人才队伍能够发挥专业性和协同性的效用。文章在医防融合的视角下,通过情报学研究方法对公共卫生相关科技人才进行了研究,并就公共卫生科技人才队伍建设提出建议,以克服公共卫生体系建设中的人才短板问题。
The integration of medical and prevention is one of the important contents of the current public health system construction in my country. The basic demand in public health emergencies is to realize joint prevention of public health emergencies by medical institutions,CDCs,and health commissions.In the outbreak of infectious diseases,the integration of medical and prevention should achieve the effect of strong preparation, sharp response and reduction of loss. Among the key connection points of medical-prevention integration,the most important thing is that the public health talent team can exert the professional and synergistic effect. From the perspective of medicalprevention integration,this article uses information science research methods to study public healthrelated scientific and technological talents,and put forward suggestions on the construction of public health science and technology talents to overcome the shortcomings of talents in the construction of public health system.
