机械式激光窗口结构设计与防尘罩抗风载能力研究

摘要 针对高能激光发射装置使用环境恶劣,工作间歇时间长等特点设计了机械式快速密闭窗口,窗口包含压紧机构和密封机构两部分,选用同步带作为防尘罩收放机构,设计三连杆机构作为压紧装置。利用薄板大挠度变形原理建立防尘罩挠曲变形量、密封压力与正压风载之间的评估模型,以中心挠度为摄动参数,用摄动法求解模型,获得防尘罩最大抗风载能力与电机输出扭矩和密封圈参数三者之间的对应关系,分别利用有限元和实验测试验证评估模型的准确性,依据解析结果优化压紧机构。实际测试表明,对于600 mm口径的激光发射装置,防尘罩挠曲变形不超过7 mm时,评估模型求解误差不超过6%,当防尘罩厚度为1.2 mm时,窗口可以抵御20 m/s以下的风沙侵袭,最大抗风载能力和评估精度均明显优于现有技术和装备,有效提高了激光发射装置环境适应能力,降低了因环境因素导致的激光烧蚀,提高了激光发射装置的使用寿命。 The mechanical fast closed window is designed for the characteristics of the high energy laser transmitter,such as bad environment and long working interval.The window consists of two parts:compression mechanism and sealing mechanism.The synchronous belt is selected as the dust cover’s the retracting and releasing mechanism,the three-bar linkage is designed as a pressing device,based on the principle of large deflection deformation of thin plate,the evaluation model of deflection deformation of dust cover,sealing pressure and positive pressure wind load is established.Taking the center deflection as the perturbation parameter,the model is solved by perturbation method,and the corresponding relationship between the maximum wind load resistance capacity of dust cover and the motor output torque and sealing ring parameters is obtained.The accuracy of the evaluation model is verified by finite element method and experimental test,and the pressing mechanism is optimized according to the analytical results.The actual test shows:for a 600 mm diameter laser transmitter,when the deflection deformation of dust cover does not exceed 7 mm,the solution error of the evaluation model shall not exceed 6%,and when the thickness of dust cover is 1.2 mm,the window can resist the wind and sand attack below 20 m/s.The maximum wind load resistance and evaluation accuracy are obviously superior to the existing technology and equipment,which effectively improves the environmental adaptability of the laser launcher,reduces the laser ablation caused by environmental factors,and improves the service life of the laser launcher.
