摘要
为保障木瓜矿10-201回风顺槽含软弱夹层顶板的围岩稳定,采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件进行软弱夹层位置对压力拱厚度就内边界位置的影响进行模拟分析;基于数值模拟结果,结合回风顺槽软弱夹层顶板的具体特征,确定围岩控制对策为协同耦合支护,包括:软弱夹层与硬岩层间的耦合、支护与围岩间的耦合和支护构件间的协同耦合。基于围岩控制对策,设计巷道支护方案为让压锚杆索+工字钢护表+关键部位注浆,并在巷道掘进期间进行围岩变形量的观测分析。结果表明:支护方案实施后,巷道掘进期间顶板下沉量和两帮移近量的最大值分别为40 mm和64 mm,保障了围岩的稳定。
In order to ensure the stability of the roof surrounding rock with weak interlayer in the 10-201 return-air roadway, the author determines the coordinated coupling support with the coupling between weak interlayer and hard stratum, support and surrounding rock and the supporting components through the simulation analysis of the influence of the position of the weak interlayer on the pressure arch thickness and the position of the inner boundary by FLAC3 Dnumerical simulation software, and proposes the roadway support with pressure-yield bolt and anchor, I-typed steel protection table and grouting for key parts, which can guarantee the surrounding rock stability with the respective maximum roof subsidence and two sides’ displacement of 40 mm and 64 mm.
