土地资源错配对城市绿色经济效率的影响研究 被引量:6

摘要 基于理论分析,本文利用2007~2017年260个城市面板数据实证检验了土地资源错配对城市绿色经济效率的影响,研究发现:(1)总体上,土地资源错配显著抑制了城市绿色经济效率,稳健性与内生性分析支持该研究结论;(2)基于不同城市区位、不同城市规模、不同资源禀赋,土地资源错配对城市绿色经济效率的影响存在差异性;(3)土地资源错配通过增加污染排放、抑制技术创新与抑制产业结构高级化而不利于城市绿色经济效率,这三种机制在土地资源错配抑制城市绿色经济效率的总效应中所占比重分别为58.30%、8.48%、32.50%;(4)城市财政分权程度越高,土地资源错配对城市绿色经济效率的负面影响越大;城市环境规制强度、市场化水平越高,土地资源错配对城市绿色经济效率的负面影响越小。 Based on theoretical analysis,this paper uses the panel data of 260 cities from 2007 to 2017 to empirically test the impact of the mismatch of land resources on the urban green economy efficiency.The findings go as follows.Firstly,overall,the mismatch of land resources significantly inhibits the urban green economy efficiency,which is supported by the robustness and endogenous analysis.Secondly,there are differences in the impact of land resource mismatch on urban green economy efficiency,with differences in city locations,city sizes,and resource endowments.Thirdly,the harm of the misallocation of land resources to the urban green economy efficiency is done by increasing pollution emissions,inhibiting technological innovation and the advancement of the industrial structure,these three mechanisms accounting for 58.30%8.48%and 32.50%of the total effect respectively.Finally,further analysis finds that the higher the degree of urban fiscal decentralization,the greater the negative impact of misallocation of land resources on urban green economic efficiency;the higher the intensity of urban environmental regulation and the level of marketization,the smaller the negative impact of misallocation of land resources on urban green economic efficiency.
