摘要
在对某核电厂1号机组控制棒驱动机构电源系统(RAM)电动发电机组进行常规振动状态监测过程中,发现2号发电机(1RAM002GE)驱动端滚动轴承存在尖锐异音,且振动水平在较短时间内有明显上涨。通过对振动趋势进行合理跟踪,对频谱结构进行对比分析,结合滚动轴承故障发展特点,成功诊断出故障原因为滚动轴承内圈存在磨损剥落缺陷。
During the routine vibration condition monitoring of the control rod drive mechanism power supply system(RAM)electric generator set in Nuclear Power Plant,it was found that there was sharp abnormal sound in the rolling bearing of the drive end of No.2 generator(1RAM002GE),and the vibration level increased obviously in a short time.By tracing the vibration trend reasonably,comparing and analyzing the spectrum structure,combining with the characteristics of rolling bearing fault development,the failure reason was successfully diagnosed as wear and spalling defect of the inner ring of rolling bearing.
