摘要
该文针对气密性检测系统进行研究,分析出气密性检测的方法并进行比较、选择。由于直压式气密检测方法结构简单易操作,只需将检测容器与传感器连接,设计的成本较低,控制起来也很方便,因此在工业检测中应用广泛,且能够实现工业的自动化。该文拟在设计一种基于控制的直压式气密性检测系统,并采用触摸屏作为实时监测和显示数据的平台,能够实现友好的人机界面,使得整个操作过程更直观,更具有说服力。该检测仪具有检测准确可靠、操作方便灵活、检测结果直观等特点。检测过程中只需要压力变送器采集到的密闭容器气压送入中进行分析,同时进行保压设置,看容器有无气体泄漏,并通过变频器来控制空压机和水泵电机适当地对密闭容器进行增压和补水,实现自动化检测。
In this paper, the air tightness detection system for the study, analysis of the air tightness detection methods and comparison, selection. Because of the simple structure and easy operation of the direct pressure airtight detection method, only the detection container and sensor connection, the design cost is low, the control is also very convenient, so it is widely used in industrial detection, and can achieve industrial automation. This paper intends to design a direct pressure air tightness detection system based on control, and adopt the touch screen as a real-time monitoring and display data platform, can achieve a friendly man-machine interface,make the whole operation process more intuitive, more convincing. The detector has the characteristics of accurate and reliable detection, convenient and flexible operation and intuitive detection results. In the detection process, only the pressure of the closed container collected by the pressure transmitter is sent into the air for analysis, and the pressure holding setting is carried out at the same time to see whether the container has gas leakage, and the air compressor and water spring motor are controlled by the frequency converter to properly pressurize and water refill the closed container, so as to achieve automatic detection.
