摘要
目的:优选出白芍(直径1.5-2.0 cm)适宜的软化工艺。方法:以芍药苷、芍药内脂苷、没食子酸、苯甲酰芍药苷四种有效成分的含量和水溶性浸出物为评价标准,通过单因素法试验和综合加权评分法,对白芍软化工艺中的主要参数进行优化,其主要包括白芍的浸泡时间、浸泡温度和闷润时间。结果:适宜的软化工艺条件:浸润时间为14 h,浸润温度为35℃,闷润时间为35 h。结论:白芍软化条件不同,产品的内在质量也存在一定的差别。故本实验筛选出白芍较为适宜的软化工艺,为制定饮片的质量标准和临床应用提供理论依据。
Objective: Optimizing the suitable softening process for second grades of Paeonia lactiflora. Method: Taking paeoniflorin, paeoniflorin, gallic acid, and benzoyl paeoniflorin content and water-soluble extracts as evaluation criteria,through single factor test and comprehensive weighted scoring method, the main factors in the softening process of white peony The parameters are optimized, which mainly include the soaking time, soaking temperature and moistening time of Paeonia lactiflora. Results:Suitable softening process conditions for second-class products: Infiltration temperature is 35℃,infiltration time is 14 h. Conclusion: There are certain differences in the internal quality of products under different softening conditions. Therefore, this experiment screened out a more suitable softening process for Paeonia lactiflora, which provides a theoretical basis for formulating quality standards and clinical application of decoction pieces.
