严寒地区高拱坝混凝土施工进度保障措施仿真 被引量:3

Simulation of schedule guarantee measures for concrete construction of a high-arch dam in severe cold region

摘要 严寒地区大坝混凝土施工约束多、进度分析复杂。为了给进度保障措施的制定提供依据,以西北地区某高拱坝为例,采用施工进度仿真方法对保障措施的有效性开展了研究。首先利用缆机事件驱动仿真时钟的方法建立高拱坝混凝土施工仿真模型,然后在仿真约束边界及参数分析的基础上,对大坝施工进度可能影响较大的因素开展敏感性仿真分析。仿真结果分析表明:缩短最小层间间歇、适当增加每年可施工天数、增加最大允许悬臂高度和相邻坝段最大高差是有效且可行的进度保障措施。其中,增加每年可施工天数代价最小,效果最好,应优先考虑。相关经验可供严寒地区混凝土大坝施工借鉴。 In the severe cold region,dam concrete construction has many constraints and the schedule analysis is complex.In order to provide a basis for the formulation of schedule guarantee measures,taking a high arch dam in northwest China as an example,the effectiveness of different guarantee measures was studied by using the construction progress simulation method.Firstly,the simulation model for high arch dam construction was established by using the cable crane event-driven simulation clock method.Then,based on the simulation constraint boundary and parameter analysis,the sensitivity simulation analysis of the factors affecting the schedule was carried out.The simulation results and analysis showed that shortening the minimum inter-layer interval,increasing the construction days in a year,increasing the maximum allowable cantilever height and the maximum height difference of adjacent dam sections were effective and feasible measures.Among them,increasing the construction day had the least cost and the best effect,which should be the first choice.The relevant experience can be used as reference in the construction of concrete dams in severe cold region.
