摘要
采用计算流体力学(CFD)软件作为研究工具,以真实的反应液相和气相为物系,利用欧拉-欧拉多相流模型及标准的k-ε湍流模型建立了固定床反应器内构件-溢流型分配器的数学模型。在与文献中实验数据对比验证数学模型正确的基础上,从气相入口结构、液相入口排布方式和碎流板结构等方面对溢流型分配器进行结构优化和性能分析。结果表明,在模拟工况条件下,优化后的新溢流型分配器与基本构型相比,分布不均匀度降低了9.4%,喷洒面积增加了69.2%,分配器分配效果得到了有效提升。
The computational fluid dynamics(CFD)software was used,and the mathematical model of the distributor was established by using the Euler-Euler multiphase flow model and the standard turbulence model with the real liquid and gas as the material system.Based on the gas phase inlet structure,liquid phase inlet arrangement and stream breaker,the structural optimization and performance analysis of the overflow type distributor were carried out by comparing the mathematical model with reported data.The results show that,compared with the basic configuration,the distribution unevenness of the new optimized overflow type distributor is reduced by 9.4%and the spraying area is increased by 69.2%under the simulated working conditions,and the distribution effect of the distributor is effectively improved.
