摘要 3306运输巷采用综掘方式掘进,受到巷道掘进速度快、煤层自身含水率低等因素作用,导致掘进工作面内粉尘浓度较高,不仅制约巷道掘进效率而且影响现场作业人员身体健康。为此,依据掘进巷道实际情况,提出煤层高压注水+高压喷雾相结合的综合降尘技术,并依据现场实际情况对各降尘技术现场布置情况进行阐述。现场应用后,掘进巷道内尘、呼吸性粉尘浓度降低幅度均超过80%,其中综掘司机位置全尘、呼吸性粉尘质量浓度分别降低至80.9 mg/m^(3)、31.3 mg/m^(3),现场取得较好降尘效果。 3306 transportation roadway adopts comprehensive excavation,which is affected by the factors of fast roadway excavation speed and low moisture content of coal seam,resulting in high dust concentration in the excavation face,which not only restricts the roadway excavation efficiency,but also affects the health of field operators.Therefore,according to the actual situation of the driving roadway,the integrated dust reduction technology combined with high-pressure water injection and high-pressure spray is put forward,and the actual layout of the dust falling technology is expounded according to the actual situation at the scene.After field application,the concentration of dust and respirable dust in the excavation roadway has been reduced by more than 80%.Among them,the mass concentration of total dust and respirable dust at the driver’s position of comprehensive excavation has been reduced to 80.9 mg/m^(3) and 31.3 mg/m^(3) respectively,and good dust reduction effect has been achieved on site.
