摘要
基于海洋石油陆上终端的各种工况,分析了事故罐的相关流程,总结了正常工况、事故工况、清管工况下产生的置换水、段塞流、污油及污水的排放流程、事故罐工艺流程以及合格原油装船外销的流程。罐区产生的污油输送至原油稳定单元重新处理,污水输送至采出水处理单元处理,利用清水罐中的清水将外输管道内介质进行置换以确保管道安全,清水罐中浮油自流进事故罐。结合伯努利方程进行了水力计算,得出相关泵的流量及扬程。应用理想气体方程对事故罐顶的氮气管道、排气管道进行设计,保证了事故罐的气相空间满足微正压要求。经过分析与计算,事故罐设置可行,其储运工艺流程的灵活性、安全性,可使陆上终端在多种工况下有效地运行。
According to the various working conditions of the onshore terminal,the relevant procedures of the emergency tank are analyzed.The discharge process flow of replacement water,slug,sludge and sewage,the emergency tank process flow,and the transportation process of exporting qualified crude oil under normal working conditions,accident working conditions and pigging working conditions are analyzed and summarized.The sludge generated in the tank farm is transported to the crude oil stabilization device for post-treatment,and the sewage is transported to the produced water treatment device for treatment.Water in the clean water tank is used to replace the medium in the external pipeline to ensure the safety of the pipeline.The floating oil in the clean water tank flows into the emergency tank by itself.Combined with Bernoulli equation for hydraulic calculation,the flow rate and head of the relevant pump are obtained.The ideal gas equation is used to design the nitrogen pipe and exhaust pipe on the top of the emergency tank to ensure that the gas phase space of the emergency tank meets the micro-positive pressure requirement.After analysis and calculation,the setting of the emergency tank is feasible,and the flexibility and safety of the storage and transportation process can make the onshore terminal operate effectively under various working conditions.
