摘要
中空型材在拉弯过程中容易出现截面畸变的问题。针对某运载火箭U形铝型材进行拉弯成形数值模拟与拉弯成形试验,对比分析两种不同填料及填料与型材间隙对零件截面畸变的影响。模拟结果显示:在成形参数相同的情况下,采用聚氯乙烯填料能较好地抑制外侧立边倾斜与凹陷等缺陷;填料与型材间隙越大,外侧立边倾斜的角度间隙越大,但外侧立边的凹陷深度受填料与型材间隙的影响较小。根据模拟结果,采用聚氯乙烯填料,在填料与型材间隙≤0.5 mm的条件下进行拉弯成形试验,测量成形后零件外侧立边倾斜的角度间隙<0.5 mm,凹陷深度<0.3 mm,满足设计要求。
The problem of section distortion is prone to occur during the stretch-bending process of hollow profiles. Therefore, for a U-shaped aluminum profile of a launch vehicle, the influences of two different fillers and the gap between filler and profile on the section distortion of part were compared and analyzed by combining the numerical simulation of stretch-bending and the test of stretch-bending. The simulation analysis results show that when the process parameters are the same, the use of PVC filler can suppress the defects well such as the inclination and depression of outer vertical edge, and the larger the gap between filler and profile is, the greater the inclination angle gap of outer vertical edge is, but the depression depth of outer vertical edge is less affected by the gap between filler and profile. Based on the simulation results, the stretch-bending test was carried out under the condition that the gap between filler and profile was ≤0.5 mm with PVC filler, and the measured inclination angle gap of outer vertical edge for the part after forming was less than 0.5 mm and the measured depression depth was less than 0.3 mm, which met the design requirements.
