摘要
为探索工业废渣作为土壤固化剂应用于低液限黏土路基道路工程建设的可行性,基于粉煤灰、尾矿、矿渣等工业废渣制备了土壤固化剂。研究了消石灰、工业废渣、P. F 32.5水泥固化剂掺和量(3%、4%)对低液限黏土7 d无侧限抗压强度和凝结时间的影响。结果表明:使用工业废渣土壤固化剂固化低液限黏土的效果最佳;工业废渣固化剂掺和量为3%时的改良土,7 d无侧限抗压强度大于消石灰固化剂掺和量为4%的改良土;P. F 32.5水泥固化剂不能有效固结弱膨胀土,不能形成稳定的具有耐水性的固化体;对工业废渣固化剂改良土延迟成型时间在24 h内的7 d无侧限抗压强度没有不良影响,即对改良土最终强度无不良影响,利于施工工艺的改良及施工质量的控制。
In order to explore the feasibility of using industrial waste as a soil curing agent in low-liquid limit clay roadbed and road construction, a soil curing agent was prepared based on industrial waste such as fly ash, tailings, and slag. The effects of slaked lime, industrial waste residue and P. F 32.5 cement curing agent(3%, 4%) on the 7-d unconfined compressive strength and setting time of low liquid limit clay were studied. The results show that the use of industrial waste soil solidifying agent to solidify lowliquid limit clay is the best;when the content of industrial waste solidifying agent is 3%, the 7 d unconfined compressive strength is greater than that of hydrated lime solidifying agent. 4% modified soil;P. F32.5 cement curing agent can not effectively consolidate weak expansive soil, and cannot form a stable water-resistant solidified body;industrial waste curing agent modified soil has no side of 7 days within24 h. The limited compressive strength has no adverse effect, that is, it has no adverse effect on the final strength of the improved soil, which is conducive to the improvement of construction technology and the control of construction quality.
