摘要
面对新一代通信技术飞速发展,为提高人才培养质量,支持区域社会经济建设,广东工业大学通信工程专业在分析归纳传统人才培养弊端及教学问题的基础上,在课程设置、教学方法、教学环境等方面进行探索,形成“牵驱引导、多维并举、分层融合”三者有机融合、彼此支撑的特色人才培养模式。经实践检验,该模式有助于提高信息通信技术领域专业人才的培养成效。
Facing the situation that the rapid development of new communication technology,the quality of the talents cultivation needs to be improved to support the construction of regional socio-economic.Communication engineering specialty in Guangdong University of Technology has analyzed and summarized the disadvantages and problems of traditional talents cultivation as basis.Through exploration on curriculum,teaching methods and teaching environment,we probe a characteristic talents cultivation mode named by"traction drive guiding,multidimensional development and hierarchical integration".The three of them are organic integrated and mutual supported.Practice has proved that this mode can help to promote the effectiveness of talents cultivation in the field of information and communication technology.
