摘要
通过引入硅灰来改善铝酸盐水泥后期强度倒缩的问题,采取内掺的方式,研究了硅灰掺量对铝酸盐水泥胶合剂性能的影响。结果表明:适宜掺量下,硅灰能大大改善铝酸盐水泥的工作性能、力学性能和收缩性能,当内掺8%硅灰时,其早期抗压强度虽低于空白组,但28 d抗压强度接近空白组,达到123.6 MPa,且56 d抗压强度持续提高至127.5 MPa,而空白组的56 d抗压强度出现倒缩。
Through the introduction of silica fume to improve the later strength shrinkage of aluminate cement,the effect of different amount of silica fume on the properties of aluminate cement was studied by internal doping method.The results show that with appropriate content,silica fume can greatly improve the workability,mechanical properties and shrinkage of aluminate cement.When 8%silica fume is added,the early strength of aluminate cement is lower than that of blank group,but the compressive strength of 28 days is the same as that of blank group,reaching 123.6 MPa,and the compressive strength of 56 days continues to increase to 127.5 MPa,while the strength of blank group decreases in 56 days.
