摘要
目的探讨专科护士介入的个体化营养干预对中晚期宫颈癌合并中重度营养不良患者的影响。方法选取2020年4月至2021年4月南昌大学第二附属医院肿瘤科收治的88例中晚期宫颈癌合并中重度营养不良患者作为研究对象,采用计算机随机分组法分为对照组(44例)与试验组(44例)。对照组采用责任护士进行介入,实验组采用专科护士介入的个体化营养干预,比较两组患者营养达标率、体重指数(BMI)及能量、蛋白质经口摄入量指标。结果试验组的营养达标率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的BMI高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的能量、蛋白质经口摄入量均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论专科护士介入的个体化营养干预可发挥营养评估-计划-实施-监测全过程作用,有效改善中晚期宫颈癌合并中重度营养不良患者机体营养不良状态,这对疾病好转有着积极性影响。
Objective To explore the effects of individualized nutrition intervention by specialized nurses on patients with intermediate and advanced cervical cancer complicated with moderate and severe malnutrition.Methods From April 2020 to April 2021,88 patients with intermediate and advanced cervical cancer complicated with moderate and severe malnutrition in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University were selected as the subjects.They were divided into control group(44 cases)and experimental group(44 cases)according to the computer randomization.Control group used intervention by responsible nurses,experimental group used specialist nurses individualized nutrition intervention.The nutritional compliance rate,body mass index(BMI)and oral intake of energy and protein were compared between the two groups.Results The nutrition rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The BMI of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The oral intakes of energy and protein in experimental group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized nutrition intervention by specialized nurses can play a role in the whole process of nutrition assessment,planning,implementation and monitoring,effectively improve the body malnutrition status of patients with advanced cervical cancer complicated with moderate and severe malnutrition,which has a positive impact on the improvement of the disease.
