校企合作视域下医学生思想政治教育体系的构建 被引量:1

Construction of Ideological and Political Education System for Medical Students from the Perspective of School-enterprise Cooperation

摘要 为更好地探讨校企合作视域下医学生思想政治教育协同育人体系,践行全员育人的理论内涵,促进我国医疗卫生事业高质量发展,通过对288名临床实习学生进行调查,发现有94%的学生信仰共产主义;92%的学生对人生价值有正确的认识;当工作时可能导致自身健康受损或医疗风险的情况下,有51%的学生勇于冲到一线参与救死扶伤。结果表明:构建合理完善的医学生思想政治教育协同育人体系,要融合医德医风教育与思想政治教育、理想信念教育与专业实践教育,最终实现思想政治教育全面性与针对性的有效结合,逐步形成校企双方同向合力的教育责任及育人共同体。 To explore the collaborative education system of ideological and political education for medical students from the perspective of school-enterprise cooperation,to practice the theoretical connotation of all staff education,and to promote the high-quality development of medical and health undertakings in China,we selected 288 clinical internship students as the research objectives and found that 94%of the students believe in communism;92%of them have a correct understanding of the value of life;51%of them have the courage to rush to the front line to rescue the dying and the wounded when facing health or medical risks in their work.The results show that it is necessary to integrate medical ethics education,ideological and political education,ideal and belief education,and professional practice education into the building of a reasonable ideological and political education system of collaborative education for medical students,so as to realize the effective combination of comprehensive and targeted ideological and political education,and gradually form a responsible education community with the joint efforts of both schools and enterprises.
