摘要
近年来,主管部门和相关企业对景区与酒店等旅游目的地的"美誉度"越来越重视。旅游目的地的评价好坏也成为关注的焦点。文章正是对景区和酒店的网上评论进行分析,运用"模糊综合评价法"对各景区及酒店的服务、位置、设施、卫生、性价比五个方面建立"结合总体情感倾向的打分模型"计算评分,然后将计算的评分与实际得分进行比较,得到均方偏差:景区为0.177,酒店为0.077,预测的平均误差小于5%。文章建立的模型预测分数与原始数据评分高度一致,有较好的准确性和客观性,可用于帮助酒店、景区的经营者来发现用户的痛点;也可用于帮助主管部门发现运营场所存在的问题。
In recent years,the competent authorities and related enterprises have paid more and more attention to the "reputation" of tourist destinations such as scenic spots and hotels.The evaluation of tourism destination has also become the focus of attention.This paper analyzes the online comments of scenic spots and hotels,and uses the "fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method" to establish a "scoring model combined with the overall emotional tendency" to calculate the score of each scenic spot and hotel in the five aspects of service,location,facilities,sanitation and performance-to-price ratio.Then the calculated score is compared with the actual score,and the mean square deviation is obtained:the scenic spot is 0.177,the hotel is 0.077,and the average error of prediction is less than 5%.The prediction score of the model established in this paper is highly consistent with the score of the original data,and has good accuracy and objectivity,and can be used to help the operators of hotels and scenic spots to find the pain points of users;it can also be used to help the competent department to find the problems existing in the operation site.
