视神经鞘超声评估神经系统疾病的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 颅内压(intracranial pressure,ICP)增高是临床常见的急重症,严重影响患者脑功能甚至危及生命,所以早期快速诊断高颅压尤为重要。目前有创性脑室内压力测定虽为监测颅内压的金标准,但存在出血和感染等并发症的风险,并且造价较高、对医疗设备及医生的技术要求较高,故至今尚未得到广泛应用。近年来,经眶超声(transorbital sonography,TOS)检测视神经鞘直径(optic nerve sheath diameter,ONSD)评估颅内压受到越来越多的关注,本文就TOS检测ONSD评估神经系统疾病进行综述,希望有助于该新技术在临床的推广。
