摘要
目的:探究针刺治疗胃食管反流病的取穴规律。方法:搜集针刺治疗胃食管反流病的临床研究文献,计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普中文期刊数据库(VIP)、万方数据库(WF);检索词为:(针灸or电针or针刺)and(食管反流or胃食管返流);检索时间为各数据库建库日起至2020年8月15日。统计学分析采用SPSS 25.0、IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0统计软件。结果:在纳入的53篇文献中腧穴应用频率最高的为中脘、足三里、内关、太冲,腧穴总频次出现最高的部位为四肢部、胸腹部,腧穴归经则主要集中在任脉、足阳明胃经、足太阴脾经,特定穴以募穴和八会穴较为常用。使用频次≥10的腧穴可获取到26条强关联规则。聚类分析得出4个有效聚类群:中脘-足三里-内关-太冲,三阴交-关元-胃俞,膻中-天枢,公孙-阳陵泉。结论:针刺治疗胃食管反流病以局部取穴、循经取穴为主,配合特定穴。
Objective:To explore the rule of acupuncture for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease. Methods:Collect the clinical research literature of acupuncture for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease,computer search the Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),VIP Chinese Journal Database(VIP),Wanfang Database(WF);the search term is acupuncture or electroacupuncture or acupuncture and esophageal reflux or gastroesophageal reflux;the retrieval time is from the date of establishment of each database to August 15;,2020. Statistical analysis uses SPSS25.0,IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 statistical software. Results:Among the 53 included literatures,the most frequently used acupoints were Zhongwan,Zusanli,Neiguan,and Taichong. The location of most frequent acupoints were the extremities,chest and abdomen,and the main points of the acupoint return channel were Renmai,Foot-Yangming Stomach Meridian,Foot-Taiyin Spleen Meridian,and the specific acupoints were more commonly used. 26 strong association rules can be obtained from acupoints with frequency which was greater than or equal to ten. The cluster analysis yielded four effective clusters:Zhongwan-Zusanli-Neiguan-Taichong,Sanyinjiao-Guanyuan-Weishu,Tanzhong-Tianshu,Gongsun-Yanglingquan.Conclusion:Acupuncture treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease is mainly based on local point selection and point selection along the meridian,with specific points.
