摘要
分析了国内外1.3~2.0 m采高薄煤层采煤机的技术现状,研制了一种适应于1.3~2.0 m采高的薄煤层大功率采煤机,详细介绍了MG450/1100-WD型采煤机的主要技术参数、关键技术研究和应用情况。该采煤机的研制成功大大提高了薄煤层工作面的开采效率。
Analysed the technique actuality of 1.3-2.0 m mining height thin coal seam shearer at home and abroad, developed a thin coal seam high-power shearer to suitable for 1.3-2.0 m mining height,detailed introduced the main technical parameters, key technology, application status of MG450/1100-WD shearer. The successful development of this shearer has greatly improved the mining efficiency of thin coal seam working face.
