摘要
天一阁藏明钞本《天圣令》所存唐代令文中,有数条关于朝集使的记载,且多为以前未发现的新史料,为学界更为全面地认识唐代的朝集使提供了重要依据。由《天圣令》可知,唐代朝集使的政治活动受到多种律令的规范指导,在唐代地方官员的考课、地方物资的供送、地方案件的巡覆、特殊官员告身的给付等领域都发挥了重要作用。由令文可知,唐代朝集使入京时可以利用官方的传、驿系统,并在入京过程中享受官方供给。到达京城后,朝集使按照品级享受朝廷的给食待遇。入京途中以及入京后,朝集使若遇病患、身丧等意外,也可按令文规定,享受朝廷在医药、丧葬等方面的礼遇。《天圣令》的发现大大推进了我们对朝集使的历史认知,具有非常重要的历史价值。
With some new historical materials about Chao Ji Shi in the Tang Dynasty,Tiansheng Statutes,a hand-copied edition in the Ming Dynasty collected in Tianyi Ge,has provided an important basis for the academic circle to have a comprehensive understanding of Chao Ji Shi in the Tang Dynasty.According to Tiansheng Statutes,their political activities in the Tang Dynasty were regulated by various laws and decrees,playing an important role in the assessment of local officials,the supply and delivery of local materials,the reinvestigation of local legal cases,and the letters of appointment of special officials.Besides,when they entered the capital city,Chao Ji Shi in the Tang Dynasty could use the official station system and post system and enjoyed the official supplies during the process of their entry.After arriving in the capital city,they enjoyed the corresponding treatment of accommodation from the imperial court according to their official positions.On their way to the capital city or after entering the capital city,they could also enjoy the benefits of the imperial court in terms of medicine and funeral in case of any accident such as illness or death.The discovery of Tiansheng Statutes has greatly increased our historical cognition of Chao Ji Shi of the Tang dynasty and is of very important historical value.
