摘要
为解决石油炼化常减压装置中压力管道的腐蚀问题,通过对压力管道定期检验的腐蚀案例分析,找出了常减压装置工艺管道的腐蚀原因有低温露点盐酸腐蚀、高温硫化物腐蚀和高温环烷酸腐蚀等。实际应用中采取了加强工艺控制、优选管材种类、增设实时监测装置和建立腐蚀防护管理体系等防护措施。应用结果表明:防护措施可以实时监测各工艺管线的壁厚减薄状态、实时监测工艺介质的pH值,以便及时调整防腐处理方案,有效降低了腐蚀破坏对常减压装置正常生产的影响,促进了炼化企业的安全生产。
In order to solve the corrosion problem of the pressure pipeline in the petroleum refining atmospheric and vacuum equipment,through the analysis of the corrosion case of the pressure pipeline regular inspection,the corrosive causes of the atmospheric and vacuum equipment tower top process pipeline are found to be low-temperature dew-point hydrochloric acid corrosion and high-temperature sulfide.Corrosion,high temperature naphthenic acid corrosion,etc.In actual applications,protective measures such as strengthening process control,optimizing pipe types,adding real-time monitoring devices,and establishing corrosion protection management systems have been adopted.The application results show that protective measures can monitor the wall thickness reduction status of each process pipeline in real time and monitor the process medium in real time.In order to adjust the anti-corrosion treatment plan in time,effectively reduce the impact of corrosion damage on the normal production of refining and chemical equipment,and promote the safe production of refining and chemical enterprises.
