摘要
针对油葵脱粒生产中存在的油葵籽粒含杂率、损失率高等问题,设计了一种切流式油葵脱粒筛分机。利用RecurDyn软件建立了振动筛动力学模型,以筛面质心点为对象分析了筛面运动规律。结果表明,该振动筛的运动有利于油葵籽粒向前输送和分散,可有效避免堆积堵塞现象。通过单因素试验确定了滚筒转速、喂入量、预设脱粒间隙的取值范围;以滚筒转速、喂入量、预设脱粒间隙为试验因素,油葵籽粒含杂率、损失率为评价指标,设计BoxBehnken试验,运用Design-Expert 10.0.7软件对BoxBehnken试验结果进行方差分析,建立了评价指标与试验因素的回归模型。以降低油葵籽粒含杂率、损失率为目标,对滚筒转速、喂入量、预设脱粒间隙进行多目标寻优求解,获得了较优工作参数组合:滚筒转速264 r/min、喂入量1.9 kg/s、预设脱粒间隙36 mm。脱粒试验结果表明,油葵籽粒含杂率、损失率分别为1.94%、2.64%,满足脱粒要求。
Aiming at the problems of high impurity rate and high loss rate of oil sunflower seeds in oil sunflower threshing production,a cut-flow oil sunflower threshing and screening machine was designed.The dynamic model of the vibrating screen was established by using RecurDyn software,and the motion law of the screen surface was analyzed with the center of mass point of the screen surface as the object.The results showed that the movement of the vibrating screen was conducive to forward transportation and dispersion of oil sunflower seeds,and it can effectively avoid the phenomenon of accumulation and clogging.The value range of drum speed,feeding amount,and preset threshing gap were determined through single factor test.Taking drum speed,feeding amount,and preset threshing gap as test factors,oil sunflower seeds impurity rate and loss rate were evaluation indicators,the BoxBehnken test was designed,and the Design-Expert 10.0.7 software was used to analyze the variance of the BoxBehnken test results,and a regression model of evaluation indicators and test factors was established.In order to reduce the impurity rate and loss rate of oil sunflower seeds,multi-objective optimization of the drum speed,feeding amount,and preset threshing gap was carried out,and a better combination of working parameters was obtained as follows:drum speed was 264 r/min,feeding amount was 1.9 kg/s,and the preset threshing gap was 36 mm.The results of the threshing test showed that the impurity rate and loss rate of oil sunflower seeds were 1.94%and 2.64%,respectively,which met the requirements of threshing.
