基于案例推理的毛纺工艺推荐模型设计

摘要 为了提高纺纱工艺重用效率,以毛纺工序为研究对象,从工艺设计人员对历史工艺重用的思维方式出发,采用基于案例推理(CBR)的方法构建毛纺工艺推荐模型。基于纱线特征和纤维指标对工艺设计的影响,确定了用于推荐的特征属性,建立了案例库,并分别通过纱线和纤维两个方面特征属性的综合相似度来推荐毛纺工艺;采用层次分析法(AHP)和专家打分法相结合确定纱线特征属性的权重,避免了设计人员自主赋予权重可能带来的偏差。 In order to improve the reuse efficiency of spinning process, taking wool spinning process as the research object, starting from process designers’ thinking mode of historical process reuse, the wool spinning process recommendation model was constructed by case-based reasoning(CBR). Based on the influence of yarn characteristics and fiber indexes on process design, the characteristic attributes for recommendation were determined. The case database was established and the wool spinning process was recommended by the comprehensive similarity of yarn and fiber characteristic attributes. Then combination of analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and expert scoring method was adopted to determine the weight of the yarn characteristic attributes, so as to avoid the deviation that may be caused by the designers’ independent weighting.
