摘要
目的分析前置胎盘孕妇乐观倾向与家庭复原力的相关性。方法选取2020年1月至2021年1月于信阳市平桥区妇幼保健院产检并确诊的80例前置胎盘孕妇作为研究对象。于孕妇确诊后初次至院复查时,分别采用生活定向测验修订版(LOT-R)、家庭复原力评定量表评估前置胎盘孕妇乐观倾向水平及家庭复原力,询问并记录孕妇相关资料,分析前置胎盘孕妇乐观倾向与家庭复原力的相关性。结果80例前置胎盘孕妇LOT-R得分为4~21(15.50±2.34)分,家庭复原力评定量表得分40~71(55.50±3.58)分;受教育程度高中及以下、离异、希望水平低下的孕妇LOT-R评分低于大专及以上、已婚、希望水平中高的前置胎盘孕妇,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经双变量Pearson相关性检验结果显示,前置胎盘孕妇乐观倾向(LOT-R评分)与家庭复原力呈正相关(r=0.975,P<0.05)。结论前置胎盘孕妇乐观倾向与家庭复原力有关,即家庭复原力越高,前置胎盘孕妇乐观倾向水平越高。
Objective To analyze the correlation between optimistic tendency and family resilience in pregnant women with placenta previa.Methods A total of 80 pregnant women with placenta previa who underwent prenatal examination and were diagnosed in Pingqiao District Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Xinyang City from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects.When the pregnant women first came to the hospital for reexamination after diagnosis,the revised life orientation test(LOT-R)and family resilience assessment scale were used to evaluate the level of optimistic tendency and family resilience of pregnant women with placenta previa.The baseline data of pregnant women were asked and recorded and the correlation between optimistic tendency and family resilience of pregnant women with placenta previa was analyzed.Results The LOT-R score of 80 pregnant women with placenta previa was 4-21(15.50±2.34),and the score of family resilience assessment scale was 40-71(55.50±3.58).The LOT-R score of pregnant women with high school education or below,divorce and low hope level was lower than that of pregnant women with placenta previa with college education or above,married and high hope level,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Through bivariate Pearson correlation test,the results showed that the optimistic tendency(LOT-R score)of pregnant women with placenta previa was positively correlated with family resilience(r=0.975,P<0.05).Conclusion The optimistic tendency of pregnant women with placenta previa is related to family resilience,that is,the higher the family resilience,the higher the level of optimistic tendency of pregnant women.
