摘要
目的初步建立适用于我国哺乳期妇女的营养素养评价问卷,并进行小范围人群调查。方法通过查阅文献综述编制哺乳期妇女营养素养条目池。邀请专家和志愿者评价条目的内容效度,据此编制成问卷后进行预调查。采用难度、区分度、克朗巴赫α系数和探索性因素分析等标准评价问卷的效度和信度。结果修订后的评价工具由知识、行为和技能3个维度,共62个条目组成。条目内容效度指数为0.67~1.00,平均内容效度指数为0.97。共有109位哺乳期妇女产妇参与预调查,问卷平均得分为(75.0±16.8)分;整体难度范围为0.12~0.98,区分度范围为0.03~0.82。知识维度包括3个主题(食物和母乳的营养价值、营养与疾病、生长发育监测)、行为维度包括3个主题(喂养行为、食物摄入量、食物摄入类型)、技能维度包含5个主题(体重控制和食品标签技能、营养信息交流与行动、营养决策、营养信息获取、权威营养信息知晓),问卷克朗巴赫α系数为0.83。结论初步判断问卷是评价哺乳期妇女营养素养的有效工具,将会为针对性的营养干预措施的实施提供依据。
Objective The study focused on the development of nutrition literacy questionnaire(NLQ)for Chinese lactating women and the conduction of pilot test of NLQ.Methods The literature review and group discussion were adopted to preliminarily determine item pool of NLQ.We invited 5 experts who majored in the fields of maternal and child nutrition,obstetrics and gynecology,health education and nutrition and disease to assess content validity.15 stakeholders were recruited for evaluation of the clarity.The pilot test was conducted with the engagement of 109 lactating women.The psychometrics including difference index(DI),discrimination index(DC),Cronbach′sαand exploratory factor analysis(EFA)were applied for the assessment of validity and reliability of the NLQ.Results The final revised NLQ consisted of 62 items covering 3 dimensions:knowledge,behaviors,and skills.The item-level content validity index(I-CVI)ranged from 0.67 to 1.00,and the scale level content validity index(S-CVI/Ave)was 0.97.There were 109 lactating women included in the polit test.Mean was(75.0±16.8).NLQ had an acceptable DI ranging from 0.12 to 0.98 and DC ranging from 0.03 to 0.82.The EFA revealed 3 sub-domains(nutritional value of food and breast milk,nutrition and disease,growth and development monitoring)for Knowledge,3 sub-domains(feeding behavior,food intake,types of food intake)for Behaviors and 5 sub-domains(weight control and food labeling skills,nutrition information exchange and action,nutrition decision,nutrition information acquisition,authoritative nutrition information)for Skills.The Cronbach′sαof NLQ was satisfactory and up to 0.83.Conclusion The NLQ was a valid and reliable instrument for the assessment of nutrition literacy during lactation,offered insights into understanding of the contribution of nutrition literacy to health status and related diseases,and provided the basis for the delivery of targeted nutrition interventions.
