摘要
新时代建设创新型国家与高质量教育体系,需要高素质专业化创新型教师队伍为保障。新时代的创新型教师应自身具有较高的创新素养与能力,能够担当"创造性教学"和"为创造力而教"的双重使命,需要具有创造性的人格特质、独立的教育见解与批判反思能力、深厚的学科理解力、创造性开展教育教学能力以及为创造性而教的能力。创新型教师的培养,需要以创新型教师的特征养成为目标,优化学科理解能力与创新教育能力培养的课程设置,促进学科专业与教师教育、理论与实践的融合,强化过程教育,聚焦创造能力培养。
The construction of an innovative country and a high-quality education system in the new era requires a high-quality,professional,and innovative teaching team.Innovative teachers in the new era should equip high creative literacy and ability,and be able to undertake the dual mission of“creative teaching”and“teaching for creativity”.They need creative personality traits,independent educational insights and critical reflections,profound subject understandings,and the ability of creative teaching and teaching for creativity.To cultivate characteristics,the training of innovative teachers should optimize the curriculums for subject understanding and innovative education skills.It should also combine disciplines with teacher education and theory with practice,strengthen process education and pay attention to the cultivation of creativity.
