摘要
采用浸沾法在轧制态Mg-8Li表面制备出了锡酸盐化学转化膜,并探索了转化液成分对镁锂合金的防护性能的影响,通过析氢实验选出最佳转化工艺,使膜层更加致密、耐蚀性更好,并使用电化学工作站对膜层的耐蚀性进行表征,通过SEM及EDS对膜层的微观形貌及成分进行观察分析。
The stannate chemical conversion coating was prepared on the surface of rolled Mg-8Li by the dipping method,and the influence of the composition of the conversion solution on the protective performance of the magnesium-lithium alloy was explored.The best conversion process was selected through the hydrogen evolution experiment to make the film layer be denser and have better corrosion resistance.The electrochemical workstation was used to characterize the corrosion resistance of the film,and the microscopic morphology and composition of the film were observed and analyzed by SEM and EDS.
