国内抗高温聚合物降滤失剂研究与进展 被引量:8

摘要 油气资源埋藏深、地温梯度大,使储层温度易超过170℃,井底温度高给钻井液技术来带挑战。高温条件使钻井液的网架结构断裂,使钻井液滤失量陡增,钻井液泥饼虚厚,不利于井壁稳定。降滤失剂的抗高温性能对钻井液的性能影响甚大。综述了功能化基团、分子链分布、分子链大小对聚合物降滤失剂抗高温性能的影响以及三类聚合物降滤失剂研究进展,为抗高温聚合物降滤失剂的发展提供思路。 Deep buried oil and gas resources and large geothermal gradient make the reservoir temperature easily exceed 170℃,and high bottom hole temperature brought challenges to drilling fluid technology.Under the condition of high temperature,the network structure of drilling fluid was broken,the fluid loss was increased sharply,and the mud cake was empty and thick,which was not conducive to the wellbore stability.The high temperature resistance of fluid loss reducer had great influence on the performance of drilling fluid.In this paper,the effects of functional groups,molecular chain distribution and molecular chain size on the high temperature resistance of polymer fluid loss control agents and the research progress of three kinds of polymer fluid loss control agents were reviewed.This study can provide some ideas for the development of high temperature resistant polymer filtrate reducer.
