N-乙酰吗啉基聚氧乙烯甲基丙烯酸酯及其甲苯/正庚烷渗透汽化性能 被引量:1

N-acetylmorpholinyl polyoxyethylene methacrylates and their toluene/n-heptane pervaporation performance

摘要 性能优异的渗透汽化膜是芳烃/烷烃渗透汽化分离技术工业化应用的基础."孔填充"复合膜作为值得关注的芳烃/烷烃渗透汽化膜的研究方向之一,其分离性能主要由功能性接枝聚合物层决定.借鉴工业上分离精制芳烃的优秀溶剂N-甲酰吗啉的分子结构,设计合成了含吗啉酰胺基团的新型聚氧乙烯甲基丙烯酸酯大分子单体——N-乙酰吗啉基聚氧乙烯甲基丙烯酸酯,作为制备芳烃/烷烃渗透汽化"孔填充"复合膜的大分子接枝单体.采用核磁氢谱(^(1)H NMR)、基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱(MALDI-TOF)表征和确认了所合成的N-乙酰吗啉基聚氧乙烯甲基丙烯酸酯的分子结构.平衡溶胀和溶胀吸附-脱附实验的结果表明,与含羟端基的PEO500OHMA以及含甲醚端基的MePEO500MA商品聚氧乙烯甲基丙烯酸酯类大分子单体相比,N-乙酰吗啉基聚氧乙烯甲基丙烯酸酯具有较大的甲苯/正庚烷溶解选择性系数和较低的溶胀度,是理想的制备芳烃/烷烃渗透汽化"孔填充"复合膜的接枝单体. The pervaporation membrane with excellent performance is the basis for the industrial application of aromatic/aliphatic pervaporation technology.As one of the most promising research subjects in aromatic/aliphatic pervaporation membranes,the performance of the“pore-filling”composite membrane is mainly determined by the functional grafted polymer layer.Learning from the molecular structure of N-formylmorpholine,an excellent solvent for separating and refining aromatic hydrocarbons in the industry,a new type of polyoxyethylene methacrylate macromonomer containing morpholine amide group,i.e.,N-acetylmorpholinyl polyoxyethylene methacrylate was designed and synthesized,which could be used as the grafting macromonomer for the preparation of“pore-filling”composite membranes for aromatic/aliphatic pervaporation.The molecular structure of the synthesized N-acetylmorpholinyl polyoxyethylene methacrylate was characterized and confirmed by ^(1)H NMR and the matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry(MALDI-TOF).The results of the equilibrium swelling measurement and the swelling adsorption-desorption experiment showed that N-acetylmorpholinyl polyoxyethylene methacrylate has the higher toluene/n-heptane solubility selectivity and the lower degree of swelling,in comparison with the commercial polyoxyethylene methacrylate macromonomers such as PEO500 OHMA with hydroxyl group and MePEO500 MA with methoxy group.It could be concluded that N-acetylmorpholinyl polyoxyethylene methacrylate is an ideal grafting macromonomer for the preparation of aromatic/aliphatic pervaporation“pore-filling”composite membranes.
