超临界机组运行期间高压加热器泄漏分析及水封处理办法

摘要 高压加热器是电厂汽轮机的重要组成部分,主要作用是提高机组效率、给水温度,减少进入锅炉的给水和炉膛的温差,降低温差换热损失。论述了高压加热器的工作原理,分析了高压加热器泄漏的原因,结合电厂实际案例,提出了使用水封注水法解决高压加热器泄漏时系统无法解列的难题,避免了一次机组非停事件,保障了机组的安全稳定运行。 High-pressure heaters are an important part of the steam turbine of power plants,whose main functions are to improve efficiency of units and feed-water temperature,reduce the temperature difference between the feed-water entering the boiler and the furnace,thereby reducing heat exchange loss caused by temperature difference.The working principle and the causes of leakage of high-pressure heaters are also discussed and analyzed.Based on the actual case in power plants,water seal injection method is proposed to solve the problem that the system cannot be unpacked when the high-pressure heaters leak,which helps to avoid a nonstop event of units,and guarantees the safe and stable operation of units.
