燃烧器对冲布置电站锅炉侧墙水冷壁结焦及高温腐蚀问题研究与对策 被引量:7

摘要 随着煤源短缺、煤价上涨,火力发电厂运营成本不断上涨的情况,许多电厂都采用燃用劣质煤、掺烧煤泥等措施来降低成本,但也出现了锅炉水冷壁严重结焦、大面积高温腐蚀等情况。以某燃烧器对冲布置电站锅炉为例,针对燃烧劣质煤、煤泥后造成的水冷壁结焦及高温腐蚀问题,通过对低烟温区的燃烧器改造,解决了水冷壁结焦和高温腐蚀的问题,达到了预期效果,为企业取得了显著的经济和社会效益。 Due to short supply of coal sources and an increase of coal prices and operating costs of thermal power plants,many power plants have adopted measures such as burning low-quality coal and blending coal slime to reduce costs.However,serious coking and large-area high-temperature corrosion of boiler water walls have also occurred.In order to solve the water wall coking and high-temperature corrosion caused by the burning of low-quality coal and coal slime,certain boiler in a power plant with a burner hedging arrangement is taken as an example.The problems of coking and high-temperature corrosion of water walls are solved by transforming the burner in the low smoke temperature zone.The desired results are realized,and significant economic and social benefits are achieved for the enterprise.
