摘要
2020年7月10—19日,淮河流域普降大到暴雨,淮河王家坝站7月20日出现历史第二高洪水位。本文依据实测资料,分析了该次暴雨洪水的成因和洪水特性,并与历史典型年洪水过程进行对比,分析了淮河治理后王家坝站水文特性发生变化过程和规律,为谋划“十四五”时期淮河治理方案、淮河防汛调度和水文监测预报提供了科学依据。
July 10 to 19 on 2020,the Huaihe River basin was flooded with heavy rain.On July 20th,Wangjiaba Station of Huaihe River experienced the second highest flood level in history.Based on the measured data,this paper analyzes the causes and flood characteristics of rainstorm and flood,and compares it with the flood process in typical historical years,and analyzes the change process and law of hydrological characteristics of Wangjiaba Station after Huaihe River harnessing,which provides a scientific basis for planning Huaihe River harnessing scheme,Huaihe River flood control dispatching and hydrological monitoring and forecasting during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.
