摘要
"见肝之病,知肝传脾,当先实脾"是中医脏腑学说及"治未病"思想的具体体现,对肝硬化的临床诊疗具有重要指导意义。本文从中医学基础理论出发,结合近年来关于能量代谢、免疫调控和肠道菌群的研究进展,从中西医结合视角论述"见肝之病,知肝传脾,当先实脾"的科学依据,以期为该理论指导下的临床实践提供西医学研究证据,通过免疫调控、能量代谢、肠道菌群等作用机制,制定不同病理阶段的精准治疗策略,从而更好地发挥中医学的"治未病"优势,促进中医学与西医学在肝硬化防治策略上的理论融合与发展,为科研和临床更深入地相互转化提供借鉴和启发。
“Knowing the liver disease will be transmitted to the spleen, strengthening the spleen” is a theory of Zangfu and “preventive treatment of disease”, which has important guiding significance for the treatment of liver cirrhosis. This paper discusses the scientific basis from the perspective of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine, based on the theoretical basis of Chinese medicine and the recent research progress on energy metabolism, immune regulation, and intestinal flora, with the aim to provide medical evidence for the clinical practice guided by this theory and to formulate precise treatment strategies for different pathological stages through the regulation of energy metabolism, intestinal flora, and immune mechanisms, giving better play to the advantages of “preventive treatment of disease” of traditional Chinese medicine, promoting the integration and development of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the prevention and treatment of liver cirrhosis. This paper provides some reference and inspiration for more in-depth fundamental and clinical translational research.
