摘要
目的:探讨解毒消疹方外用辅助治疗表皮生长因子受体酪氨酸激酶抑制剂(EGFR-TKIs)相关皮疹的临床效果。方法:将梅州市第二中医医院2020年1月至2021年4月接诊的68例EGFR-TKIs相关皮疹患者作为研究对象。按随机数表法将其分为对照组(34例)和治疗组(34例)。对对照组患者进行常规的抗过敏治疗,在此基础上为治疗组患者外用解毒消疹方进行治疗。然后对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗后,治疗组患者病情分级的分布情况优于对照组患者,相关数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患者的中医证候积分、皮肤病生活质量量表(DLQI)的评分均低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:解毒消疹方外用辅助治疗EGFR-TKIs相关皮疹的效果显著,可有效地缓解患者的临床症状,改善其生活质量。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of jiedu Xiao rash formula for external adjuvant treatment of epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor(EGFR-Tkis)related rash.Methods:A total of 68 patients with EGFR-Tkis related rash who were admitted to meizhou Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group(34 cases)and treatment group(34 cases)by random number table method.Patients in the control group received conventional anti-allergy treatment,and on this basis,patients in the treatment group were treated with external prescription for detoxification and rash elimination.Then the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:After treatment,the distribution of disease grades in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference in relevant data was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score and dermatological quality of life scale(DLQI)score of patients in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiedu Xiao rash formula has a significant effect on the external adjuvant treatment of EGFR-Tkis related rash,which can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients and improve their quality of life.
