摘要
研究生教育是我国高层次人才培养的重要一环,研究生创新能力培养是其中关键所在。单一导师制度下培养出来的研究生知识结构、思维模式受到单一学科的限制,同时,当下大部分创新点出现在学科交叉领域,团队导师制度正逐渐成为提高创新能力的重要保障。本文由研究生培养模式与导师制度入手,通过实况考察、文献调研等探讨了不同导师制度对于研究生创新能力及其产出特征的影响。进一步地从团队导师构成与遴选、团队协作模式与管理体系、创新能力梯级培养方案等3个方面阐述了多元化团队导师制度运行机制。
Postgraduate education is an important part of high-level talent cultivation in China,and the cultivation of postgraduates'innovation ability is the key.The knowledge structure and thinking mode of postgraduates trained under the individual tutor system are limited by single disciplines.At the same time,most of the innovations appear in the interdisciplinary field,thus the team tutor system is gradually becoming a vital guarantee to improve the innovation ability.This paper discusses the influence of different mentor systems on graduate students'innovation ability and output characteristics by means of actual investigation and literature research.Furthermore,it expounds the operation mechanism of the diversified team mentor system from three aspects:the composition and selection of team mentors,the team cooperation mode and management system,and the cascade training scheme of innovation ability.
