摘要
目的比较分析平原与不同海拔高原军人体力劳动能力(PWC_(170))的差异,探讨PWC_(170)作为评价高原军人有氧能力指标的可行性。方法以平原(海拔500 m,36人)和不同海拔高原(海拔3000 m,30人;海拔3700 m,31人;海拔4300 m,38人)驻防军人为研究对象,依据国军标GJB1337《士兵体能的测量和评价》,进行2种踏速(22.5和30次/min)的踏阶运动,采用Polar V800心率表测量踏阶运动心率,测定军人的PWC_(170)。结果随海拔高度升高,军人PWC_(170)降低;平原与海拔3000、3700和4300 m高原军人的PWC_(170)分别为1287.7±233.3、993.8±230.9、962.7±233.0和764.6±152.8(kg·m/min),平原与高原比较差异显著(P<0.01),海拔3000、3700 m与4300 m比较差异显著(P<0.001),而海拔3000 m与3700 m比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论不同海拔军人PWC_(170)不同,海拔越高PWC_(170)越低,PWC_(170)可作为评价高原军人有氧能力的指标。
Objective To compare and analyze the physical work capacity(PWC_(170))of soldiers on the plains and those at different high altitudes,and to explore the possibility of PWC_(170)being used as an index of aerobic capacity of soldiers on the plateau.Methods Soldiers on the plains(500 m,n=36)and at high altitudes(3000 m,n=30;3700 m,n=31;4300 m,n=38)were chosen as the subjects.By the military standard GJB1337"Measurement and Assessment of Physical Fitness for Soldiers",these soldiers were subjected to two types of step-speed exercises(22.5 and 30 b/min).The Polar V800 heart rate meter was used to measure the heart rate of soldiers during step-speed exercise and determine their PWC_(170).Results The soldiers’PWC_(170)decreased as the altitude increased.PWC_(170)on the plains and at the altitudes of 3000,3700 and 4300 m was 1287.7±233.3,993.8±230.9,962.7±233.0 and 764.6±152.8(kg·m/min)respectively.There was significant difference in PWC_(170)between soldiers on the plains and those on the plateau(P<0.01),and between soldiers at the high altitude of3000 m,3700 and 4300 m(P<0.001),but there was no significant difference in PWC_(170)between soldiers at the altitude of3000 m and those at 3700 m(P>0.05).Conclusion PWC_(170)of soldiers at different altitudes varies.The higher the altitude,the lower PWC_(170).PWC_(170)can be used as an index to evaluate the aerobic capacity of soldiers at high altitudes.
