摘要
旧城更新是城市发展模式向存量更新转型的重要手段,是目前城市规划关注的重要内容。焦作市中心城区旧城更新规划基于区域现状分析,确定更新目标与策略,对城市更新对象进行识别,提出城市更新规划指引,包括更新方式引导、重点区域用地更新引导、更新用地开发强度控制引导、分单元引导和更新时序指引等,形成更新规划总体层面—单元层面—地块层面的更新体系,以期能为其他地区的旧城更新提供参考。
Old town renewal has become an important approach of urban transition towards built-up area redevelopment.The old central district renewal planning of Jiaozuo is based on regional status analysis,specifies the vision and strategy,proposes renewal guidance for recognized content,including major area renewal,land redevelopment intensity control,unit based guidance and redevelopment phases.It forms an urban renewal system composed by general level,unit level,and land parcel level contents,and provides a reference for other cities.
