摘要
许多别墅电梯因为没有配置预制井道,后期采用钢结构及铝合金型材组装作为井架的情况越来越多,井架强度的校核对于别墅电梯的正常安全使用至关重要。针对别墅电梯市场中应用较多背包式电梯井架,对电梯的运行工况、材料属性、受力计算、铝型材截面属性等方面进行了相关研究。同时建立了有限元模型,并对有限元分析结果作了分析及总结。应力和变形分析结果均符合要求,为其它类似问题提供了解决方案。
Because many villa elevators are not equipped with prefabricated hoistway,more and more steel structures and aluminum alloy profiles are used as frame of hoistway;the verification of frame strength is very important for the normal and safe operation of villa elevators.Aiming at the backpack frame of elevator structure which is widely used in the villa elevator,the operating conditions,material properties,stress calculation and section properties of aluminum profile of elevator are studied.At the same time,the finite element model is established,and the results of finite element analysis are analyzed and summarized.The final results of stress and displacement meet the requirements and offer a solution practice for the similar problems.
