摘要
针对某新型压力机研制的旋转阀芯式流量控制阀,为了验证其流量特性是否满足使用需求,建立了该阀的三维几何模型,应用FlowSimulation仿真软件对其内部的流场进行了可视化计算和分析研究,得到了该阀的流量特性曲线。从计算结果可以看出,该流量控制阀具有稳定的大小两种输出流量,且流量曲线线性度好,满足使用需求。
In this paper,the three-dimensional geometric model of a rotary spool flow control valve developed for a new type of press is established in order to verify whether its flow characteristics meet the operation requirements.Its internal flow field is visually calculated and analyzed by using the FlowSimulation simulation software,and then the flow characteristic curve of the valve is obtained.It is shown from the calculation results that the flow control valve has two stable output flows,and the flow curve has good linearity,which meets the needs of use.
